Kobe Club was founded by Julia and Will Neal. They began raising the Fullblood Wagyu in 2008. Their beef has been sold on SiriusXm radio since 2017 on KobeClub.com to all 50 states and Canada.
They've built a USDA Processing plant located just 30 min from the restaurant. They're also support and work with Wagyu Ranchers just like them who dedicated their lives to raising this unique breed of cattle.
The exceptional quality of Kobe Club Steakhouse meats offers unforgettable true farm-to-table experience!
We offer along with our local Fullblood Wagyu beef, A5 Wagyu from Japan as well as other Prime steaks. Will was raised in the Corpus Christi Area of Texas on a century ranch and has also brought true Gulf Seafood to Springfield. All with original South Texas recipes.
Our dining room is all done in 1920’s Art Deco and includes a beautiful private room. The front doors are Art Deco solid brass and over 100 years old from Seattle, Washington. Lighting throughout is also antique from the early 1900’s Art Deco era. The walls are all red oak from Missouri as well as the seats are covered in Scalamandre velvet from New York. Hand painted Western art from Texas adorn the walls. The wine glass rack in the bar is also 100 years old brass from Barton Springs in Austin, Texas. Our Art Deco décor will certainly set the tone for a wonderful and memorable experience.
A tremendous full bar with wines from around the world, Cognac and Whiskeys, Champagne will certainly make your visit complete.
